📜 Terms and Conditions & Store Regulations
Official store policies, ordering guidelines, lead times, and regulations for Chuuchi's Cake & Crumb.
1. Lead Time & Order Processing
We recommend ordering at least 1 week in advance for custom cakes to guarantee slot availability. Rush orders are accepted based on bakery availability and may incur a rush handling fee.
2. Daily Booking Limit & Capacity Block
To ensure high quality and meticulous attention to detail on every hand-crafted design, Chuuchi's Cake & Crumb limits production to a maximum of 3 custom cakes per day. Dates that reach 3 confirmed orders are automatically blocked on our booking calendar.
3. Payment Rules, Down Payment & Rate Adjustments
- A 50% down payment is required within 48 hours of receiving a quote to secure your reserved date.
- The remaining 50% final balance is requested 1 day prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
- Rate Adjustment Notice: If a down payment or balance is not settled within the designated timeframe, reserved slots are released back to the public, and pricing may be subject to rate adjustments or rush pricing upon re-booking.
4. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested via your order tracking portal. Refunds are calculated strictly based on shop policies:

5. Cake Damage & Retouch Policy (Allowed Retouches)
All cakes are properly chilled for structural stability and secured with internal wooden dowels prior to dispatch. Once handed over to the third-party courier or customer, physical transit damages are beyond Chuuchi's operational control.
Retouch Allowance: Customers may request up to 1 repair retouch per order. Repair retouches will be assessed a nominal Retouch Fee based on the extent of structural or cosmetic damage required.
6. Delivery & Pickup Disclaimer
Cake deliveries are fulfilled via Lalamove Sedan Car service for fragile handling. Pickup customers are responsible for safe transit once the cake is handed over. Location details for pickup are provided automatically upon payment confirmation.
